Before any service is actually beginning, the following NEEDS to be completed prior. If failure to provide this information it may delay the service delivery times/effectiveness. Also could lead to potential of not even continuing with the service at all and we refund entirely.- Complete all of the required questions in which is asked by "Provider" and provide all the exact accurate information
- Provide any information or materials or access or assets or instructions in preparation for the service delivery

- An alternative service in which is equivalent in pricing to what the new service is for
- An alternative method for advertisement
- An alternative promotional opportunity
- Rescheduling of the serviceAs such an example can include stream promotions to be replaced for discord advertisements instead or even another agreed promotional method if the original service was not able to be successfully fulfilledDelivery Times
- Delivery estimations are approximate and not guaranteed times
- Also Delays may occur due to excessive workload, platform issues, technical problems, or circumstances outside of the Provider's control
- The Provider will not be liable for losses resulting from the delaysRevisions and Adjustments
- Any Significant changes requested after service has started may mean there will be additional fees
- Any Requests outside of the originally agreed service may require a brand new orderNo Guaranteed Results
The "Provider" does not guarantee:
- Specific view counts
- Subscriber gains
- Follower gains
- Revenue increases
- Engagement metrics

The "Client" agrees to:
- Remaining respectful and professional.
- Avoid any harassment, threats, abuse, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
- Not attempt chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after services have been delivered. Or after payment, refunds can be provided via conversations. (Attempting to do this, will end in backlash to the "Client" , "Prover" will also have permission to publicly explain the situation and expose the fraudulent payment disputes & will be allowed to get you in legalised troubles)The "Provider" will also reserve the right to be able to refuse or terminate services requested for any abusive behaviourRight to Refuse Service
The "Provider" reserves the right to be able to refuse, cancel, or even fully terminate any service order if following occurs:- The "Client" violates these terms of services

- The "Client" engages in any fraudulent or malicious activity
- The "Provider" starts to believe that the request of the service may cause reputational, legal, or even ethicalised concernsIntellectual Property
Unless the otherwise is agreed:- The "Client" retains ownership of any of the materials they provide
- The "Provider" retains ownership of any property/assets, systems, templates, or even resources in which are used to be able to provide the service requested
- There are also Portfolio rights in which will remain with the "Provider" unless the confidentiality has been agreed upon accordinglyPortfolio and Showcase Rights
The "Provider" may also display the completed service, as well as testimonials, and screenshots, and statistics, or even the project details within portfolios, and social media, or even the promotional materials unless a prior confidentiality agreement existsLimitation of Liability

- Platform outages
- Internet disruptions
- Illness

Any Initiations of a fraudulent chargeback or a payment dispute after the services have been delivered may result in the following:
- Immediate service termination
